1. Using JoVenture

JoVenture is a marketplace that connects travelers with independent hosts operating experiences in Jordan. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings and payments

All payments are processed via Stripe. JoVenture holds funds until the experience is delivered, then pays out the host minus our platform fee.

3. Cancellations and refunds

Travelers may cancel up to 24 hours before their scheduled slot for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time are non-refundable unless the host cancels or can't fulfill the booking.

4. Host responsibilities

Hosts are independent operators. They are responsible for the safety, quality, and lawful operation of their experiences.
